Rules
- Bets are open for 3 minutes, then the race runs.
- Each 0.02 SOL is one ticket; extra SOL beyond whole tickets goes to the pot. Less than 0.02 SOL gets no ticket and goes to the pot.
- 100% of the pot is paid to the tickets on the winning horse, split equally. No house cut.
- If nobody backed the winner, the pot rolls into the next race.
- Bets confirmed after the close count for the next race, on the same horse.
- Never bet from an exchange address: winnings go back to the sending wallet.
- Provably fair: each race publishes a hash of a secret seed before betting opens. The result is sha256(seed:blockhash) using the Solana blockhash at closing; the seed is revealed after the race so anyone can verify.
